Baby Shower Corsages
A baby shower corsage is a nice touch for formal and informal gatherings
Corsages are a normal accessory for more formal events, such as weddings. But more and more women are choosing to wear corsages for baby showers as well. Typically, corsages are made primarily of flowers, but for baby showers, the trend is to make corsages out of pink or blue socks.
Another popular corsage is the keepsake hankie corsage. This corsage is made out of a lace handkerchief and is supposed to be passed down from a mother to her baby. If the baby is a girl, she is supposed to take it apart and carry the hankie at her wedding. If the baby is a boy, he is to give it to his bride.
If men, particularly the father-to-be are attending the shower, a daddy boutonniere could be worn. It could also be made out of flowers and/or socks and should be smaller than the corsages. Some websites sell other attractive corsages as well. This site sells a cute diaper pin corsage. They also sell some other nice baby shower corsages.
